How will we work?
The LRDI International will have three elements:
1. Understanding competitiveness:
The first component is to understand the attributes of human capital that have the strongest effect on sustainable economic growth and competitiveness.
2. Foreseeing future skills needs:
The second component will see the development and testing of a model for identifying the future skills that are critical to sustainable growth and competitiveness. This model will use statistical indicators and expert analysis of trends.
3. Creating opportunities to learn about creativity and innovation:
The third component will concentrate on designing opportunities for Training & learning about creativity, innovation and competitiveness and how they relate to education and training..

3. Growth and development of human resources, specifically through performing various training activities besides granting certificates in this field whether inside or outside Lebanon.
4. Preparation of institutions to obtain international quality certificates, (International Organization for Standardization ‘’ISO’’).Training

Consultations & Studies
1. Providing supporting services for public administrations and institutions and for municipalities, private sector, civil society, and international institutions.
2. Organization of the administrative and human structure of all public and private institutions and various Kinds of firms or companies.
3. Consultations, projects, and all dimensions development studies, and performance of evaluation or audit.
4. Technical and informatics equipments, programs and services, beside information and communications, technology, accompanied with related complementary tasks and activities.
5. Giving opinion or counsel and performing surveys and statistics in the administrative, economic, social, cultural, sanitary and educational affairs and policies.
6. Draw up feasibility & Actuarial studies.
